Danielle Almeyda, managing partner of Original Strength Systems, sat down with Club Solutions to share how partnering with Fitness Revolution has transformed her business. Seeking accountability and focus, she turned to Fitness Revolution for expert coaching to refine processes and scale her operations. By addressing core business challenges, such as staff retention and process inefficiencies, Fitness Revolution helped her transition from informal systems to clear, documented protocols. Under their guidance, Original Strength Systems achieved consistent revenue growth, even doubling yearly revenue before and after challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic. Danielle emphasized the importance of having access to a network of experienced fitness professionals, which allowed her to troubleshoot issues like staffing and operational bottlenecks through shared insights. Fitness Revolution also played a crucial role in her expansion from a 1,500-square-foot facility to a 15,000-square-foot space, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach to growth.

Almeyda highlighted the value of working with experienced coaches rather than relying on unproven advice. She believes coaching is essential for health club owners to address underlying issues, refine operations and achieve measurable results. Her story underscores the transformative impact that Fitness Revolution’s tailored support can have on scaling businesses and fostering long-term success in the fitness industry.
