A new name in fitness has arrived in Montana as Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs open its first location in the state. Bozeman gym owners Chase Isle and Eddie Davila will be converting their local facility, Urban Fitness, into the franchise.
Davila and Isle opened Urban Fitness six years ago after realizing they shared a vision of opening their own business that combined Isle’s training background and Davila’s knowledge of exercise science, clinical practice and education.
The owners decided to join Fitness Premier because of the relationships they have built with the Fitness Premier leadership team. “It was ultimately the people — the leadership team has been authentic, genuine, and they have a real interest in helping franchisees succeed,” said Davila. “The human aspect is really what sold us.”
The way Fitness Premier makes personal connections is what stuck out to Isle. “In our area, we do that really well already, but what they offer allows us to that at a greater scale,” he said.
On the business side of things, Davila also said that Fitness Premier’s innovation and progressiveness is another reason the owners were drawn to a partnership.
Fitness Premier was founded by lifelong athletes Jason Markowicz and Rick King and differentiates itself by its community feel and culture while still offering big-box amenities, modern tech, and mid-tier pricing to ensure the best experience for members.
Davila said that having multiple locations was something that he and Isle had always thought about and by partnering with Fitness Premier, that vision can become a reality. The duo plans to open additional locations with the franchise’s support.
The Bozeman facility is preparing for its switch to Fitness Premier and that will allow for more resources and technology to support continued growth. With this, Fitness Premier is working to deliver a better fitness experience and empower local entrepreneurs like Davila and Isle.
