Freemotion has unveiled the Ultra 1 RX and RX-S Pilates reformers by NordicTrack, the world’s first fully-connected Pilates reformers designed specifically for commercial fitness environments. The launch marks a significant evolution in Pilates, combining traditional reformer training with digital coaching, real-time feedback and flexible delivery for modern operators.

The Ultra 1 reformers feature a large 24-inch tilting touchscreen with integrated, on-screen coach-led sessions powered by iFIT. This allows facilities to deliver high-quality Pilates sessions with or without a live instructor, giving operators greater flexibility in scheduling, staffing and studio utilization while maintaining a consistent member experience.

Members benefit from guided workouts, precision magnetic resistance adjustable in 5 kilogram increments, and real-time performance feedback via Smart Spine technology. This data-led approach helps members train with confidence, track progress, and deepen the mind–body connection that defines Pilates.

Built to withstand high-traffic commercial use, the Ultra 1 RX and RX-S deliver smooth, quiet performance and simple adjustability, enabling quick changeovers between sessions and supporting higher throughput in Pilates studios, on gym floors and in shared fitness spaces.

By introducing connectivity, coaching, and performance insight into reformer-based training, Freemotion is redefining what Pilates can be in commercial fitness, combining NordicTrack’s premium product design with iFIT’s connected fitness platform. The Ultra 1 RX and RX-S empower operators to scale Pilates offerings, increase engagement and deliver a modern, premium experience that meets the expectations of today’s fitness consumer.
