Amped Fitness, Life Time, BODYBAR Pilates, Crunch Fitness and HOTWORX announce new locations nationwide.
Several fitness brands have announced new club openings and expansion plans, continuing to grow their footprints across the U.S. From immersive fitness experiences and luxury athletic clubs to boutique Pilates studios and infrared fitness concepts, the latest announcements reflect continued investment in new markets and member offerings.
Amped Fitness Opens Bedford Location
Amped Fitness announced the opening of Amped Fitness Bedford, with the new club set to open July 15.
The location introduces Amped Universe, a destination-inspired gym experience that combines the brand’s signature training floor, premium strength equipment, professionally instructed reformer Pilates, immersive cardio, recovery, mindfulness and private multipurpose spaces under one membership. The club features eight themed destinations, including Amped Arena, Azura Cove, Babe Cave After Hours, Aura Pilates, Sweat Cinema, Planet Peach, Lunar Escape and Studio Suites.
Specialized strength equipment includes pendulum squats, vertical leg presses, incline fly machines, lateral raise machines, converging chest presses and a wide selection of plate-loaded and selectorized equipment.
“The future of fitness is not just about giving people a place to work out,” said Travis LaBazzo, the founder and CEO of Amped Fitness. “It is about creating a place that gives people more reasons to show up, more ways to use their membership and more experiences that fit into their lives. Our members expect more than a basic equipment lineup. They want access to machines that feel premium, effective and exciting to use. Bedford continues that commitment while introducing a more immersive layer around the entire experience.”

HOTWORX Signs Multi-Unit Agreement for Alaska Expansion
HOTWORX is expanding into Alaska for the first time through a multi-unit franchise agreement with existing franchise owners Tracey Pidge and Ciara Boyce.
The agreement includes four studios across the state, beginning with a Wasilla location expected to open in the third quarter of 2026.
Pidge and Boyce currently operate two HOTWORX studios in Washington, each serving more than 600 members.
“Alaska winters are long and dark, and we know firsthand how much that affects people,” said Pidge. “HOTWORX gives our members a place to feel warmth, energy, and community during the months when that is hardest to find. Bringing that home to Alaska means everything to us.”
Since launching in 2017, HOTWORX has grown to more than 800 studios and serves over 400,000 members worldwide.
