Outdated Tech Can’t Touch This

Kara Blaisdell, the director of public relations and communication at Radianse shares the importance of touchless technology.

In the 21st century, it’s truly amazing how fast technology moves. Simply think back to June 2007 and the introduction of the very first iPhone. Touch technology had existed for many years up to this point, but in 2007 it became integral to our lives. Just 15 years later, the entire world is accessible with a few taps of a finger.

Now, the entire world is changing again. Touch was a revolution, but touchless is the next evolution.

There are several reasons why every club should integrate touchless technology into their operation. A touchless system will not only improve the member experience and increase their overall satisfaction, but it will also lead to greatly enhanced efficiency for your management team, which helps create a healthier work environment.

It’s Contact-Free

Particularly in a post-Covid world, people are over putting their hands on objects that everyone touches. Going touchless allows for members to control their inputs from their own personal devices and seamlessly interact with your club. It’s simply easier and more sanitary.

It’s Cloud-Based

Connected IoT technology means all the aspects of your club that you need to monitor talk to each other and can be easily managed from a single portal. You get a comprehensive view of employee activity, amenity booking, cleaning status, and more.

It’s Timesaving

When your data is all connected and your systems are all automated, there’s less hassle in managing your day-to-day operations. This frees up your employees to do what they should be doing – connecting and serving your members.

As a club owner or operator, you know all about how important it is to do things with the proper form. And managing your club with outdated or analog methods is like collapsing your knees in while doing a squat. Don’t just get the job done, do it the right way for the best long-term gains. Technology isn’t going to stop changing but adopting touchless solutions will put you at the forefront, while creating a better experience for you and your members.
