From September 4-6, 2019, 40 top health club operators from across the U.S. will gather in Scottsdale, Arizona, for the annual Club Solutions Leadership Retreat.
What’s in store for attendees and sponsors? Following is a sneak peek at some of the highlights those in attendance will experience.
The Resort
The Phoenician Resort is a five-star resort in Scottsdale with nine pools, a 165-foot water slide, 27-hole golf course, renovated spa and much more. The property includes a two-story fitness center that boasts Matrix Fitness strength and cardio equipment, panoramic views, pickleball and basketball courts, a game room and fitness classes.
The Roundtables
Over the course of 2.5 days, attendees and sponsors will participate in six roundtables led by Blair McHaney, the CEO of MXM. Topics to be covered will include:

Networking
And of course, one of the highlights of each annual Club Solutions Leadership Retreat is the unique networking opportunities. The first night of the Retreat will kick off with a Salsa & Margarita Challenge, a team competition that’s goal is to hone your southwest culinary skills. Teams will compete by showcasing their best version of a salsa and margarita duo, with the winning team collecting a prize.
