It’s that time of year again! As I write, I’m sitting in the lobby of the IHRSA 2016 Convention and Trade Show in Orlando, Florida, surrounded by health and fitness professionals from around the world. I love soaking in not just the Florida sun, but the positive energy that comes from having hundreds of fitness pros in one area.
That is because health and fitness professionals are a vibrant bunch. They’re intelligent, passionate, driven — all the qualities that make for not just a good atmosphere at a trade show, but also a great industry in general. Because without people that hold those qualities, our industry would go nowhere. I must admit, although seeing all of the new pieces of equipment and technological innovations that are here is great, the people are certainly my favorite part of being at IHRSA.
