Global fitness leader Les Mills International has named Brian Gagne as the new United States CEO. He will join the Les Mills United States team effective July 25, 2016. Gagne brings more than 28 years of leadership to his new role. He will succeed Jesper Magnusson, who successfully led the re-unification of the United States distribution during his tenure.

Gagne is an accomplished leader with an impressive background of entrepreneurial and operational experience. He previously served as chief operating officer for Health Fitness Corporation, where he provided health management services for one in five U.S. Fortune 100 companies. His specialties include business development, new product and service development and human capital leadership and management. In his role as COO, he had direct accountability for all client and back office support teams including account management, service delivery, operations, business process improvement and change management.
Previously, Gagne served in a director role at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems and as executive director for Edward Hospital in Naperville, Ill. Gagne holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
