SP: We had been doing business with Harold Burrell Jr., vice president and partner, at Lighthouse Group out of Grand Rapids, MI, for many years. He came to us and recommended that we consider Cincinnati Insurance. We had a great working relationship with Harold and trusted his recommendation. We have been extremely satisfied with what Cincinnati has to offer since then.
CS: How has The Cincinnati Insurance Company educated you on risk management/liability? What have you learned?
SP: We have had the opportunity to attend a couple of their roundtable discussions where multiple clients in the health club industry get together and share experiences, discuss obstacles that they have faced in their respective facilities and brainstorm remedies together. The best part is having the strong support from the Cincinnati team to guide the discussion to help everyone understand risk management as it directly relates to the specific topics discussed and then fill in the blanks from their perspective.
CS: What are the benefits to your members/business as a result of this relationship?
SP: Without question, the immediate response we receive when reaching out to the Cincinnati team in regards to claims, questions and concerns is the benefit. Every time we have reached out to their support team, the replies have been fast and decisive.

SP: The willingness of their team to take immediate ownership of our situations was as pleasant as one could imagine. Now, after working with Cincinnati for the past few years, we realize that this is part of their company culture.
