Employee Experience Drives Member Experience


MXM, Medallia’s partner company to the fitness industry, has just announced the launch of its eNPS platform (Employee Net Promoter System), making it easy for its customers to collect and utilize anonymous employee feedback. Blair McHaney, president of MXM said, “We have had so many requests by our customers to launch this employee feedback system.
