How has Matrix helped enhance your fitness offerings?
Matrix is a big differentiator in our market. Most of the gyms all offer the same type of equipment, and one thing I love about Matrix is the fact our members have noticed the quality over our competitors. When members tell you how much they love your equipment compared to the gym up the street, you know you made a good choice.
What do your members love most about Matrix?
The cardio offers ease of use and all the features you’d want in this day and age. The strength training equipment is durable, the movement patterns are great, and you can’t beat the aesthetics.
How would you rate Matrix’s customer service and support?
Matrix has been fantastic. Robert and the team have been available and quick to respond to any call, text or email. I couldn’t ask for better service.
Why should other club operators consider working with Matrix?
At the end of the day, when I look to buy equipment it’s about value. Does the company value me as a client? Is the equipment durable? Do the members love it (even if it may cost a little more)?
