Matrix Fitness Offers Unparalleled Support and Product Innovation

One of the most important and common amenities of a successful health club is its fitness equipment. And according to David Dos Santos, the CEO of Best Fitness, Inc., Matrix Fitness is an exceptional equipment manufacturer for clubs to partner with. Here, he talks about his experience with the equipment and customer support.

CS: How were you introduced to Matrix and why did you decide to partner with them?

DDS: I had been hearing a lot of positive comments from other gym owners who had previously purchased Matrix equipment for a couple of years. I am a big believer that when you choose a vendor you choose one that not only makes great product, but one that can support you once you have purchased their equipment. Their came a point where many people I had worked with during my years in the industry that were part of providing great support were now working for Matrix. That spoke volumes and convinced me to give them a try.

CS: What do you like about Matrix as an equipment manufacturer?

DDS: Their unparalleled support, coupled with their continued development and product innovation in such a fast-changing industry. I know they will be there to support me with both the product I currently have in my facilities, but will also be paving the way for future support to meet my customer’s needs.

CS: What are some of your favorite products they offer?

DDS: Their cardio — they have such a great way of making their product meet and exceed our customer’s needs, along with making it more durable and easier to maintain. Those attributes are very key to running and operating a successful health club.

CS: How would you describe Matrix’s customer service?

DDS: Second to none — not even close. They really get that customer service for your members can make or break you. They provide us an exceptional level of customer service so we can, in turn, provide our members an exceptional level of customer service.

CS: Why should other club operators consider working with Matrix?

DDS: Matrix has helped my health club group not only be a more successful business, but it has also been part of making our members’ fitness experience better. We see our members having such a positive fitness experience, along with meeting and exceeding their goals. If you want to be a better business, partner with Matrix. Matrix understands on many levels how to help and support you to become better — when you are running a better health club than your competition, your members’ experience is better.
