TRUE Fitness introduces Next Level Training, a series of High Intensity Interval Training workouts that utilize cardio and strength machines. Next Level Training combines TRUE’s exclusive HIT Series Cardio equipment and Composite Strength with TRUE trainer created workouts to create a HIIT exercise experience that will bring a new level of intensity to gym facilities.

“We saw the need to provide our customers with an approach to High Intensity Interval Training by incorporating our cardio and strength machines,” said Matt Hacker, Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of TRUE. “With the increasing popularity of group training, Next Level Training is our way of offering a creative fitness solution for our customers utilizing cardio and strength machines.”

The Next Level Training program incorporates pieces from both the HIT Cardio Series and the Composite Strength Series. Each piece separately magnifies workouts, but together they offer a unique HIIT and strength experience.

The HIT Cardio Series includes the Alpine Runner Incline Trainer, Traverse Lateral Trainer, and Spectrum Elliptical. Already designed to provide High Intensity Training workouts, the HIT Cardio Series provides users with sweat-breaking cardio workouts in less time than traditional cardio machines. TRUE’s Composite Strength series includes the Full Body Press, Glute Press, and Ab Crunch/Back Row. All three activate more skeletal musculature than any other strength machine on the market, strengthening muscles and burning calories faster.

The Next Level Training workouts were designed by TRUE Trainers Mike Grillo, Jamie Driemeier, and Collyn Boedeker. TRUE Trainers connect and engage with customers and users with their training tips, guidelines, and workouts.

The programs designed by Grillo, Driemeier, and Boedeker consist of workouts featuring short periods of intense cardio on a HIT Cardio machine followed by active rest on a Composite Strength machine. Each round only takes about 10 minutes from start to finish and is designed to boost energy, reduce body fat and promote lean muscle. The participant can choose to do 2-4 rounds, depending on their physical ability and how much time they want to dedicate to the workout.
