Sales drives your business’ success — and without a great sales software to support your staff, you may find yourself struggling to drive members through the doors.

Here, Blair McHaney, the owner of WORX and the president of ClubWorks, shares what makes GymSales great as a sales software.

CS: How were you introduced to GymSales and why did you decide to work with them?

BM: The sales rep we worked closely with, Brian, reached out to us. We decided to work with them because they met our needs more closely than the lead management software we were using previously.

CS: What are the benefits of this partnership to your clubs and business?

BM: A step-by-step lead management process with a smooth flow. Efficient use of time for sales reps.

CS: What’s great about their sales software?

BM: It is a very streamlined process for contacting leads. The SMS feature within GymSales is very handy, as more and more people these days prefer to be contacted via text over any other form of communication. The reporting system is great and makes it easy to track sales production and individual production.

CS: Why should other club operators consider partnering with GymSales?

BM: GymSales is a modern feeling lead management tool that can save your sales team time trying to figure out where a lead is in the purchasing process (enquiry, tour, trial, sale or not interested). The “tagging” function makes it very easy to use targeted marketing through their own mass email/text functions.

CS: Is there anything else you’d like to share that you think other club operators would benefit from knowing?  

BM: The team at GymSales is very responsive and helpful. They are always very quick to respond if you ever have questions or need help with anything! GymSales is one of the best lead management software tools out there with the best sales and support team.
