CS: How would you describe Club OS’s customer support?

JG: Our dedicated account team is superb. Systems exist to escalate issues as needed, including a dedicated support email address to flag incoming tickets and prioritize responses. We have a great partnership that includes customized training modules to educate our new team members on everything they need to fully leverage our Club OS tools. Our account management team goes out of their way to identify trending topics and provide training and solutions to reduce future issues.
