Club OS Provides Seamless System Automation for Retro Fitness

For Jen Gillon, the marketing director for Retro Fitness, the best solution for all Retro’s systems and sales operations has been Club OS. Here, she describes her experience with the partnership between Retro and Club OS:

CS: How were you introduced to Club OS and why did you decide to partner with them?

JG: We were introduced to Club OS over five years ago as an automated CRM email solution. We were impressed with the start-up and what Adam Stokar was envisioning in the fitness space as it related to member and prospect communications.

CS: What problems has Club OS helped you solve?

JG: We have been able to standardize the communication flow across the Retro system, while still providing the ability for local clubs to insert their own voice. The enhanced email builder tool recently released has allowed us to better segment our audiences with more relevant messages. From a full system approach, Club OS has provided for seamless automation across our other vendor partners including billing and digital media.

CS: What does your sales team like most about Club OS?

JG: The follow-up schedule allows teams to easily manage their daily schedule to ensure they are maximizing the potential of every lead and communicating with new members in a timely manner. The fact that every touchpoint is documented in the system allows management to know exactly what is happening and where opportunities for improved training exist. The ability to customize key performance indicators (KPIs) has allowed us to focus on specific actions at the club level to improve operations across the Retro Fitness system.

CS: How would you describe Club OS’s customer support?

JG: Our dedicated account team is superb. Systems exist to escalate issues as needed, including a dedicated support email address to flag incoming tickets and prioritize responses. We have a great partnership that includes customized training modules to educate our new team members on everything they need to fully leverage our Club OS tools. Our account management team goes out of their way to identify trending topics and provide training and solutions to reduce future issues.

CS: Why should other club operators consider working with Club OS?

JG: If you’re looking for a centralized CRM solution that can track your KPIs, facilitate daily follow-ups and provide a comprehensive email communication platform, Club OS will exceed your expectations.
