How were you introduced to Club OS, and why did you decide to work with them?

BJ: We were introduced to Club OS by the company’s co-founders. We were looking for a simplistic way to digitize our master appointment book and lead sourcing to eliminate manual processes. After reviewing several options, we felt the support and initial rollout process would be best handled for us by Club OS.

What problems has Club OS helped you solve?

BJ: Club OS has helped us be able to minimize sales staff via utilizing their email drip campaigns and other methods of electronic communication to foster higher online enrollment and member communication.

What does your sales team like most about Club OS?

BJ: The simplicity, ease of use and daily organizational tools.

How would you describe Club OS’s customer support?

BJ: I call my rep, and my problem is taken care of.

Why should other club operators consider working with Club OS?

BJ: We left Club OS for a short period of time after being promised the usual: bigger, better, faster. Long story short, we’ve been back with Club OS for almost a year, and don’t plan to change again.
