Despite all the changes the COVID-19 pandemic brought, one thing hasn’t changed — recovery remains a top trend in fitness. In fact, the pandemic may have heightened this trend, as people begin focusing more on their overall health and well-being, versus just physical fitness.

Recently, Club Solutions Mastermind Groups met on the topic of recovery, sharing insights into the variety of recovery amenities a club can offer, how to set up recovery zones, and more. For inspiration, following are examples of recovery zones and amenities from brands across the U.S.

The Covery

The Covery is a national wellness chain focused exclusively on recovery, with offerings such as IV infusion, red light therapy, cryotherapy and more.
