Burn Boot Camp has closed out 2025 with strong development momentum, rising franchisee profitability and a growing list of industry accolades, positioning the brand for continued expansion in a fitness market projected to reach $203 billion by 2030.
The boutique fitness franchise signed 51 new franchise agreements and opened 36 locations in 2025, including its first gym in West Virginia. More than 60 percent of the new agreements came from existing franchisees, a signal of confidence in the brand’s operating model and long-term growth strategy. As the system expands, Burn Boot Camp continues to emphasize its community-first culture, supported by a franchise network made up of more than 80 percent female owners.
Improving franchisee performance has remained a central focus. Burn Boot Camp reported consistent same-gym sales growth over the past several years and a systemwide average EBITDA of $114,000, according to its 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document. Those financial results have helped attract both first-time operators and experienced multi-unit owners.
“Last year’s results reflect the strength of our system and the discipline of our franchise partners,” said Morgan Kline, the CEO and co-founder of Burn Boot Camp, in a statement. “We’ve built a model that prioritizes unit-level profitability, operational consistency and a world-class member experience. When you lead with people and execute with intention, growth follows, and 2025 proved that our foundation is strong and scalable.”
The brand’s performance has also translated into sustained industry recognition. In 2025, Burn Boot Camp earned its eighth consecutive placement on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list and was named to the Inc. 5000 for the sixth year in a row. Additional honors included recognition on the Franchise Times Top 400, Franchise Business Review’s Top Franchises for Veterans and Top Franchises for 2026 lists, as well as the International Franchise Association’s award for Most Innovative Use of Technology, in partnership with Ironside. Collectively, the awards underscore Burn Boot Camp’s ongoing investment in data-driven systems and franchisee support tools.
Looking ahead, Burn Boot Camp is planning another year of expansion in 2026, supported in part by its first-ever Proud Tour. Led by co-founder and visionary Devan Kline, the tour will highlight member success stories and community engagement while reinforcing the brand’s focus on consistency, confidence and results. The tour will launch in Florida and the Southeast in January before continuing to California, Las Vegas and Arizona in February.
“Burn Boot Camp has always been about more than fitness — it’s about building belief,” said Devan Kline, in a statement. “The Proud Tour celebrates what happens when people commit to themselves and are supported by a powerful community. As we move into 2026, it’s also an opportunity to inspire the next generation of franchise partners who want to build something meaningful in their communities.”
The brand plans to increase outreach to multi-unit and multi-brand operators in the health and wellness space. With a goal of opening 100 new gyms in 2026, Burn Boot Camp sees opportunity to complement existing portfolios that include concepts such as salon suites, chiropractic care and massage, offering consumers a more holistic approach to wellness.
