LES MILLS YOGA has been unveiled as a new series of workouts from the Kiwi fitness leader, designed to help clubs seamlessly scale their yoga offering and tap into the fast-growing wellness category.

The series requires no equipment — though mats are recommended — and features four, 45-minute classes:
