With 149 locations, it was important for WORKOUT ANYTIME to find a marketing partner with their best interests in mind. According to Mark de Gorter, the COO of the growing fitness franchise, they found that in Epsilon.

CS: How were you introduced to Epsilon, and why did you decide to work with them?

It’s funny how life works. Former business associations can often be the catalyst for future business relations — as is the case here. While I was president and COO of Velocity Sport Performance, a national sports performance franchise, I worked with Epsilon’s Neil Doherty, who at the time owned franchise locations in New Jersey. Fast forward 10 years, we meet up at IHRSA after I had joined WORKOUT ANYTIME, and he was heading sales and marketing for Epsilon’s fitness practice. We discussed the many interesting things Epsilon was doing in the fitness space and given our growth goals, we hired Epsilon as our brand and member acquisition agency of record.

CS: What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership with Epsilon?
